Once upon a time
there was a goose which laid many golden eggs. One day a hen who had seen the
goose wanted to lay golden eggs, too. She did yoga exercises but they did not
work. She also did gymnastics and ate very healthy food.
The next day she laid
one egg, but it wasn’t golden. The egg had eyes, nose, hands, legs and ears.
The hen left the egg outside. It went to the town and the people there loved
it.
One day the egg
became a king and everyone obeyed him. However, the next month the crowd was
angry, they demonstrated and broke the egg. They were very hungry and made an
omelet with the egg. It was the tastiest one they ever had. So, the egg died to
feed the hungry people!
